You carry out lots of different movement sequences when you take part in any movement activity including leisure activities like playing football or riding a bike. It is still recommended that you take part in at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day. If you find fast paced team games challenging you might prefer to think about lifestyle sports like swimming, cycling, hiking, canoeing, rock climbing, surfing, skiing. It is also important to take part in other activities like music, drama, dance, martial arts, youth groups and art and craft clubs. You want to focus on physical activities that you enjoy and promote your physical and mental health.
