Newly Qualified Nurse Programme

Taking up your first post within nursing is an important time.  Within RHC we support all newly qualified nurses with a yearlong programme.  This programme aims to provide a warm welcome to nursing, ensuring a smooth transition from student to registered nurse whist building your confidence and competence.

Utilising a mixture of induction, learning contacts, preceptorship and flying start we work with you to build the foundations to your new role within RHC.  Alongside this we encourage ongoing reflection and clinical supervision supported by the clinical nurse education team.
